An Intentional Planning Process
The process begins with an inquiry where you’ll share important details about your day, followed by a 30-minute call to walk through our planning process and style, as well as get to know you as a couple. From there, you’ll receive a custom proposal and move into the booking process, followed by a questionnaire to determine your wants, needs, style, and budget.
The planning process depends on each couple, their needs, and their timeframe. We start by building a team of vendors that will create the experience you envision, then design around your story, style, location, and guest experience. We source all design elements to execute your vision and bring it to life on the event days.
We handle all logistics, ceremony rehearsal, and vendor communication, guiding you through your wedding day with calm yet fun energy to create a stress-free and memorable experience. Any unexpected challenges are handled behind the scenes to ensure a seamless, luxury experience where you and your families don’t have to lift a finger.
